|U.S. District Judge John C. Coughenour declared the wording of Microsoft's temporary worker contract "outrageously arrogant". The contract requires temporary employees to sign away their rights to any future court-ordered pay or benefit adjustments regardless of Microsoft's guilt in the matter.
